We normally ship by Canada Post or Canpar.
The flat rate and free shipping offers to Canada and the USA do not apply to:
- Oversized/overweight items or orders requiring multiple boxes*
- Items that require freight or air delivery, and remote locations*
- Trial Saddles*
- Items shipped outside of Canada*
*In these instances, our flat rate & free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges will apply. If this pertains to your order, we will contact you to notify you of the additional shipping fees. If you don’t respond within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled..
Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Refund within 7 days, exchange or store credit within 30 days. Any item returned MUST be unused, have original tags still attached, include all packaging, and be free of dirt, dander, hair, and foul smells.
Custom Orders are final sale.
Special orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This will be clear within the product description if it is applicable.
All HELMETS, books, supplements, healthcare products and discounted products are FINAL SALE.
Regular priced items will be refunded (less actual shipping charges for online orders) if notified within 7 days and received within 14 days; items notified after 8 days and received within 30 days will be eligible for a store credit(for the original amount less actual shipping charges for online orders). Reduced items are eligible for store credit only.
Apparel must have all tags attached. Original boxes and packaging must be un-damaged, free of shipping labels (please re-wrap your return items for shipping). Blankets, sheets and similar items can only be returned clean, un-used, with all labels intact, and be free of foul smells.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance options. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Retain your parcel service receipt for your records. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight collect returns will be refused. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please call before to discuss your return options 416-712-0554. Please include a note with your name, daytime telephone number, sales receipt number and a reason for return. We will need them for our records.
Make sure you repackage your return so that it is protected for return transit. Take note of how it was sent to you so that you can repackage it accordingly. No shipping labels should be affixed to product packaging and doing so would risk the item becoming damaged in transit, and forfeit your return.
Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a third party.
